Customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great pride in the production and design of our hand-made kangaroo leather items. All our products are carefully inspected prior to shipping and we will gladly exchange any product that is defective. We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of your order.

1. All our shipments are delivered via Canada Post. Small items such as 1 or 2 golf gloves, wallets, or medium cardholders are delivered by 5-7 day service for Canada, and 7-10 day service for US orders. Other items such as compendiums, computer cases, large glove orders, and other large products are sent by Canada Post express post service. In Canada express post is a 2-3 day service and a 4-7 day service in the US.
2. All purchases are shipped with insurance and claims are handled in accordance with Canada Post policies. If you should receive a damaged parcel please contact us immediately for instructions.
3. Occasionally, House of KangarooT receives instructions to ship product that gets returned due to an incorrect address. When product is returned due to having been given an incorrect address, it is House of KangarooT policy to notify the consumer by e-mail. If an e-mail address is not provided the consumer will be contacted by telephone. The consumer has the choice of closing out the order, in which case the product will be disposed. The consumer may ask that the product be forwarded to a new address they provide. In this case the consumer will be charged a $5.00 handling fee and the cost of shipping to the new destination in the manner prescribed by the consumer.
4. House of KangarooT will not be held responsible for delivery delays or other unforeseen circumstances created by our delivery agent Canada Post. However, House of KangarooT will endeavor to provide our quality products on time and provide quality service to our customers.
5. If the shipment goal outlined above is not met due to out of stock situations or other circumstances, the consumer will be notified immediately and offered a revised shipping date, a refund, or a substitute product acceptable to the customer.

Based on the success of our kangaroo leather golf gloves House of KangarooT has introduced over 100 new products during the last few years. Hand-made kangaroo leather items offer a premium quality and uniqueness that all consumers can appreciate.
